Since 2020, our founder has been actively supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction throughout Maryland and beyond. Today, Mark 9:23 Broken & Saved, Inc. is building on those relationships to create a stronger network of recovery support in our community.

Mark 9:23 Broken & Saved, Inc. walks alongside individuals and families impacted by addiction by helping them find the people, resources, services, and encouragement they need to move forward.
Through recovery meetings, resource navigation, outreach, personal support, and relationships throughout the recovery community, we help individuals take the next step—whether that means entering treatment, finding recovery housing, securing employment, meeting basic needs, or simply knowing that someone is there to answer their phone.
Founded in 2025, Mark 923 is built on our founder’s experience serving and supporting the recovery community since 2020.

During outreach, we provide basic needs including food, clothing, hygiene items, and other necessities while creating opportunities to connect people with recovery resources and support.

Specialists who work with individuals to understand their prior work experiences and help clients set job and career goals.
Mulligan Recovery Center – Westminster, MD
Our Connection:
Clients are provided with Peer Support and a Case Manager in an effort to start the rebuilding process of their lives by getting basic necessities and amenities that will allow them to build a life worth staying clean/sober for. Direct Care Provider staff are also available to help clients get oriented into the residential community.
Hope’s Horizon – Nottingham, MD
Our Connection:
A Family-Focused Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center, discreetly located in Nottingham, Maryland.
We have specialists who can work with you to understand your prior work experiences and help you set job and career goals.

We are working toward establishing a faith-based recovery home for men in Washington County, Maryland—a safe and structured environment where men can continue their recovery, rebuild their lives, develop life skills, and work toward long-term independence and stability.
The home will build upon the relationships and community connections already established through our work.
