The Heart Behind the Mission
Our Founder’s Story
Born in Kerala, India, I came to the United States with my family in April 1990 in search of opportunity, hope, and a brighter future. Like many who begin again in a new land, my journey was not without hardship. I faced deep personal struggles, including a battle with addiction that tested every part of my life. Yet, through unwavering faith, perseverance, and the grace of God, I found healing and redemption. That journey taught me a powerful truth: with God, all things are possible.
As a single parent raising two children, I came to understand resilience on a deeper level, the strength to keep going, the responsibility to lead by example, and the courage to answer the calling God places on our hearts. These life experiences did more than shape me; they ignited a passion within me to serve others who are walking through darkness and searching for light.
In October 2025, I felt a clear and undeniable calling from God to take a step of faith and begin building something greater than myself, a nonprofit organization rooted in compassion, purpose, and transformation. With a vision to establish a structured sober living home for men, this mission was born out of years of witnessing firsthand the struggles of those battling addiction and the critical need for environments that offer not just recovery, but true restoration. This nonprofit stands as a testament to second chances. It exists to help men rebuild their lives, sustain lasting sobriety, and rediscover their value and purpose in society. My journey is the foundation of this mission, and my faith remains its guiding force. I am committed to creating a place where hope is restored, healing begins, and every individual is given the opportunity to rise again.

Board Of Directors
Mary Aniera Pereira
President and Founder-Mary Aniera Pereira- After overcoming addiction through faith and perseverance, I discovered a deep calling to help others find the same hope and freedom. My personal journey, combined with years of working alongside individuals battling substance use disorders, revealed a critical need for structured sober living environments that support lasting recovery.
In response to that need, I founded this nonprofit with a vision to create safe, faith-centered housing where men can rebuild their lives, restore their dignity, and become productive members of society. With more than 14 years of experience in the financial industry and while pursuing my MBA, I am committed to building a sustainable organization that will serve individuals and communities for generations.
This work is more than an organization. It is a mission to honor God by helping others find healing, purpose, and a renewed future.
